Reservations & Group Bookings

For over 15 years, The Royal Eagle has proudly specialized in curated group experiences, most notably our signature Russian High Tea Experience. We are honored to regularly host church communities, garden clubs, travel agencies, and special interest groups who value culture, tradition, and refined hospitality.

We look forward to welcoming your group and kindly ask that you review the following details when planning your visit:

Private Tours

We are pleased to offer special private tours, designed to enrich your visit with history, architecture, and cultural insight. Please inquire for availability.

Dress Code

We respectfully request that guests review our  Dress Code  page prior to arrival to ensure a setting of grace and decorum is maintained.

Deposit Policy

Groups of 10 guests or more require a 50% deposit to confirm and process the reservation.

  • The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

  • Please make checks payable to St. Sabbas.

Final Guest Count

A confirmed final guest count must be provided no later than 7 days prior to your reservation.
The number submitted at that time will be the number for which your group will be billed.

Billing

The remaining balance is due on the day of your reservation.
We kindly request one form of payment per group for a seamless checkout experience.
