Prosciutto with cantalope, balsamic glaze, fresh basil from our herb garden

Champagne poached prawns, horseradish tomato foam, lemon zest

Chicken pate with Cognac and pistachios, artisian bread crostini

Beef goulash tips in phyllo tarts, fresh marjoram from our herb garden

Marinated Portobello mushrooms
