About the event

Hors d'eouvres in the garden:

Prosciutto with cantalope, balsamid glaze, fresh basil from our herb garden

Champagne poached prawns, horseradish tomato foam, lemon zest

Chicken pate with Cocnac and pistachios, artisian bread crostini

Beef goulash tips in phyllo tarts, fresh marjoram from our herb garden

Marinated Portobello mushrooms

a few others to create a surprise...


Chilled Vichysoise, rye disk crouton


Organic micro greens, tomato compote, cucumber batons, roasted golden beets, feta, pommegranate seeds, pita crisps,  lemon honey vinaigrette


Chef Petr's homemade prickely pear sorbet to cleanse your palato for the main course


Za'atar bibllical spice rubbed full rack of New Zeeland lamb,  intense cucumber - sweet black garlic yogurt , pistachio-cheese potato croquette, ratatouille veggie roast

Thyme - pilsner mustard inspired Chautaubriand, amarone jus, Vidalia crisps, Lavendar roasted potatoes, ratatioulle veggie roast
